Lea Aquino: RN
Lea has been a registered nurse for more than 45 years, trained across a variety of fields. As both a skilled caregiver and educator, she has worked at a variety of hospitals across California, a Director of Nursing and as a Neonatal ICU RN at Miller Children’s. Lea has always loved babies, so it was no difficult choice when she decided to work with those that needed a little extra care. Her team members would say that her heart is large, as she is always caring for and thinking of others. In her role as both the nurse manager and a team leader, she handles a lot of the management duties that go along with being in a leadership role. However, she says her favorite part of the job is taking care of the residents at A Silver Amore. It’s no surprise that with her love of caring for others, Lea is the mother to five boys and two adopted children.
Michael Aquino: Consultant Pharmacist
Michael is an experienced consultant pharmacist who specializes in nursing facilities and assisted living communities. Known for his hard work and perseverance, Michael will soon be accepting the honor of a Board-Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP). He credits his love of helping others to his mother, a registered nurse and excellent role model to him and his siblings. Michael supports the operations and marketing duties of A Silver Amore, as well as helping families and seniors with medication therapy and navigating the senior living journey. His goal is to one day help other seniors through the opening of more homes in the future. When he’s not at the assisted living community in Eastvale, he can likely be found on the beach surfing, hanging out with his dogs, or playing video games.
